I, also, had reason to pause over this picture and wonder about a couple comments from friends each saying that they "liked the color". After a reflective time, I thought perhaps that the caption "Still Wet" might be what prompted these comments! In that case, Still Wet and a Sloppy Painter might have been more accurate!
When I first read the title I thought it said poetry n abstract. It took a while for 'pottery' to sink in because somehow 'poetry' made sense...
